FAQ

Company & Brand

Majestic Lighting is a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of custom decorative and architectural lighting serving the hospitality, multifamily, condominium, and senior living industries. Majestic Lighting was developed by the team at Majestic Mirror & Frame and shares the Majestic FAMILY brand, drawing on the Mirror division’s nearly 30 years of hospitality experience and 40-plus years of combined sourcing, design, and manufacturing expertise.

Majestic Lighting is a newer division within the Majestic FAMILY, but it isn’t new to the industry. It’s backed by the same leadership, manufacturing infrastructure, and 40-plus years of sourcing and design experience as Majestic Mirror & Frame.

Yes. Majestic Mirror & Frame and Majestic Lighting are sister companies, so designers and procurement teams can specify both mirrors and lighting from one vendor for a single, spec-ready source.

Majestic Lighting can be reached at 305-827-2661, or through the Quote Cart and contact forms on majesticlighting.com.

Products

Majestic Lighting manufactures pendants, table lamps, floor lamps, ceiling fixtures, chandeliers, sconces and corridor fixtures, vanity fixtures, reading lights, outdoor fixtures, picture lights, and public area and guestroom lighting. Named collections include the New Introductions line, the Edgelit Collection, the White Globe Collection, and the LED Lamp Collection.

The Edgelit Collection is Majestic Lighting’s named line of edge-lit LED-integrated fixtures, combining decorative design with integrated LED performance. It’s a featured technical differentiator in Majestic’s Integrated + Edgelit LED Showcase content.

CLEANLIFE® LED is the technology that powers Majestic Lighting’s decorative and architectural fixtures. Majestic lighting fixtures are the product; CLEANLIFE® LED is the technology inside them, delivering consistent color temperature and performance.

Majestic Lighting offers finish and material options including acrylic, alabaster, ceramic, glass, marble, metal, wood, rattan, vegan leather, and fabric shade and cord options, along with switch control and plug options. This range supports both hospitality statement pieces and multifamily-scale production.

Yes. Custom Lighting Design is a named service offering at Majestic Lighting, built for hospitality projects that need statement or signature fixtures matched to a specific design vision, from one-of-a-kind pendants and chandeliers to large-scale statement fixtures.

Majestic Lighting follows a five-step custom process: concept sketches and 3D models, engineered technical drawings, finish and material approvals with physical samples and swatches, LED lighting selection, and a final production and quality control stage before shipping. This process is designed to refine both aesthetics and manufacturability before a fixture goes into production.

LED Panel Arrays are Majestic’s customizable, CLEANLIFE®-powered LED panels built into integrated fixtures rather than relying on traditional bulbs, delivering even, shadow-free light distribution with no hotspots or glare. They’re available in custom sizes, shapes, color temperatures, and intensities, with a rated lifetime of more than 69,000 hours, efficacy up to 160 lumens per watt, and a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty.

TrueColor® is CLEANLIFE®’s solid-state lighting technology that controls color temperature precisely and maintains color consistency and high color rendition (CRI above 80) across every fixture. It relies on a rigorous binning process using premium, licensed white LED chips, so a chandelier and a pendant on the same project stay visually consistent in color and warmth.

Majestic Lighting offers a universal touch button dimmer compatible across most portable table lamps, floor lamps, and reading lights, with wired dimming that won’t interfere with other electronic signals in a hotel room. It’s built for low static power consumption and high-stability, smooth dimming, and pairs with CLEANLIFE® LED light bulbs available exclusively from Majestic Lighting for the hospitality design industry.

Hospitality

Yes. Majestic Lighting leverages the established hospitality relationships and more than 70 approved hotel brand programs built by sister company Majestic Mirror & Frame, positioning mirror-plus-lighting as a single-vendor solution for hospitality designers and procurement teams.

Yes. Majestic Lighting currently holds 13 approved hotel brand programs of its own, with new brand approvals being added as the division grows. This is a separate, smaller list from Majestic Mirror & Frame’s 70+ approved programs, and the two should not be conflated when referencing brand-program credibility for lighting specifically.

Warranty terms for Majestic Lighting fixtures vary by product line. CLEANLIFE® LED Panel Arrays carry a 5-year manufacturer’s limited warranty, and other fixtures may carry different terms depending on the driver, LED source, and fabrication involved. Contact your Majestic Lighting sales representative to confirm the warranty for a specific fixture and project.

Multifamily

Yes. Majestic Lighting publishes a dedicated Multifamily product category and serves multifamily, condominium, and senior living projects alongside hospitality, applying the same hospitality-grade fixture quality to multifamily-friendly economics.

Majestic Lighting is built to scale across phased multifamily construction schedules, offering tiered fixture options across Class A amenity spaces, workforce units, condominiums, student housing, and senior living, with consistent finish and color temperature across large orders.

Coordinating decorative fixture color temperature with mirror-mounted LED color temperature is a known consideration for multifamily projects using both Majestic Mirror & Frame and Majestic Lighting products. Talk to your Majestic representative about project-specific coordination when specifying both product lines together.

Certifications & Compliance

Majestic Lighting products are UL or ETL certified depending on the application. ADA-compliant, Energy Star, and Title 20/24 options are available upon special request, and specifications are based on third-party testing and subject to change without notice.

Ordering & Support

Majestic Lighting pricing is provided on a contact-for-price basis through the Quote Cart on majesticlighting.com or directly through a Majestic Lighting sales representative, based on project specifications.

Pricing varies by project, but Majestic Lighting stays competitive while maintaining quality, which is part of why the brand is building momentum as a growing player in multifamily while leveraging established hospitality credibility. Request a quote for exact pricing on your specification.

What Sets Majestic Lighting Apart

Majestic Lighting pairs custom fabrication capability, including the Edgelit Collection and Custom Lighting Design service, with the hospitality credibility of more than 70 approved hotel brand programs built by sister company Majestic Mirror & Frame, plus 13 approved hotel brand programs of its own and growing. Few lighting manufacturers enter the hospitality market with that level of established brand-approval backing already in place.

Majestic Lighting offers in-house design, manufacturing, and distribution rather than representing multiple third-party brands, which means more control over lead times, finish consistency, and custom capability. It also gives designers a single point of contact for both lighting and mirror specifications on the same project.

Majestic Lighting is built to hold consistent finish and color temperature across large, phased multifamily orders, tiered across Class A, workforce, condominium, student housing, and senior living price points. Commodity lighting suppliers typically compete on unit price alone without that consistency guarantee across large-volume, multi-phase deliveries.

Sourcing both from Majestic means one vendor relationship, one quality standard, and coordinated finish and color-temperature decisions across a project, instead of managing separate mirror and lighting vendors with different lead times, warranty terms, and points of contact.
